All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are sold.

Customers must have their own active GoHighLevel account to use our products or may sign up using our affiliate link.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or error-free

4. Consent to Communications

5. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, customers receive access to a secure link that installs the purchased Snapshot or digital asset into their GoHighLevel account. Delivery is automated and typically instant.

You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your existing CRM setup before importing any Snapshot.

We are not responsible for conflicts caused by existing automations, custom code, or third-party integrations.

6. Subscriptions

Optional recurring subscriptions provide access to private communities, educational resources, updates, new releases, and ongoing content.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and may be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify pricing or features of subscription plans with reasonable notice.

7. Waitlists and Early Access

Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, feature availability, or launch timelines.

Introductory pricing, founder pricing, or discounted launch offers may be limited, changed, or withdrawn at our discretion.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Return Policy available on this website. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.

Due to the digital nature of our products, certain purchases may be non-refundable once access has been granted.

9. Intellectual Property

All Snapshots, AI configurations, templates, automations, workflows, content, branding, systems, and materials are the intellectual property of GHL Nerd.

You may not:

  • Sublicense

  • Redistribute

  • Share login access

  • Reverse engineer

Any part of the products without written permission.

Violation may result in termination of access and legal action.

10. Third Party Platforms and Integrations

Our products integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to:

  • Messaging providers

  • Telephony providers

  • Email platforms

  • Payment processors

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or actions taken by third-party providers.

11. Affiliate Disclosure

We may participate in the GoHighLevel affiliate program. This does not affect the price you pay. Our products are independent digital assets and are not owned or operated by GoHighLevel.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Marketing performance

  • Compliance violations by users

  • Outcomes resulting from AI-generated outputs

All products and services are provided as available without guarantees of specific results.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including laws related to email marketing, SMS messaging, telemarketing, and data protection.

You agree not to use our products for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activities.
