Digital Products

All products sold are digital and delivered instantly.

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital delivery, refunds are not available once a Snapshot has been accessed or imported into a GoHighLevel account.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, you must contact support within 7 days of purchase. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges. No refunds are provided for the current billing period, including partial months.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact support before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of access to products and memberships.
